Crowdbeats Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content Policy

• Safe & Inclusive Community: Crowdbeats is dedicated to live music lovers, musicians, and bands.
• Zero-Tolerance for Harm: We strictly prohibit hate speech, violence, harassment, non-consensual content, and illegal materials.
• Sexual Content is Strictly Prohibited: Crowdbeats does not accept, allow, or tolerate any sexual content of any kind — including adult content, sexually explicit material, pornography, or sexually suggestive media — under any circumstances. This prohibition is absolute and applies to all users, creators, and platform interactions.
• Respect Other Creators: Do not steal music, scrape data, or use bots.
• Fast Reporting & Help: If you see any abusive behavior, you can report it instantly via our Report Abuse Portal or visit our Help & Support Center.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines prohibited content and conduct across all Crowdbeats services, including user profiles, live session chats, song request notes, tipping messages, creator broadcasts, and venue posts.

Crowdbeats maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward dangerous, illegal, and harmful content. Violations result in immediate content removal, account suspension, permanent platform ban, and reporting to legal authorities where warranted.

The following content is strictly prohibited without exception:

• Any image, text, audio, link, or depiction involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors.
• Any grooming behavior or sexual solicitation of individuals under the age of 18.
• Enforcement: Immediate permanent ban, device/IP hash blacklisting, content preservation, and mandatory report submission to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement.

• Depictions, praise, or promotion of terrorist organizations, violent extremist ideologies, mass violence, or hate groups.
• Direct threats of violence, incitement of imminent lawless action, or instructions on constructing weapons or explosives.

• Distribution or threatening to distribute intimate, sexual, or sexually explicit recordings without unambiguous documented consent.
• Deepfake sexual imagery or non-consensual synthetic media.

Crowdbeats does not accept sexual content of any kind, whatsoever, under any circumstances. This includes:

• Pornographic or sexually explicit images, videos, audio, text, or links.
• Adult content, nudity, sexually suggestive material, or content intended to arouse.
• Solicitation of sexual services, escort services, or any sexually transactional content.
• Sexually explicit tipping messages, live chat content, or creator broadcast material.
• Any content that sexualizes individuals, regardless of claimed consent.

• Content encouraging, depicting, or providing instructions on suicide, self-injury, or eating disorders.

• Sale or solicitation of controlled substances, firearms, unauthorized pharmaceuticals, or counterfeit currency.
• Money laundering, card testing, structuring, fraudulent schemes, phishing, or pyramid sales.

Users and creators agree not to:

   Harass or Threaten: Direct targeted abuse, doxxing, stalking, or hate speech targeting protected characteristics (race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation).

   Infringe Intellectual Property: Upload, perform, or distribute copyrighted music, artwork, or trademarks without authorization from rights holders (see DMCA Policy).

   Manipulate System Integrity: Deploy bots, scrape proprietary data, inject malicious scripts, exploit vulnerabilities, or engage in automated tipping manipulations.

   Circumvent Moderation: Create alternate accounts to evade disciplinary suspensions or bans.

Crowdbeats operates automated real-time scanning and human review pipelines:

• Pre-Publication Filtering: Automated text and media filters block high-confidence violations in live chat and tipping messages.
• Human Moderation Review: Flagged content is reviewed by trained moderators within target SLA windows.
• Repeat Offender Policy: Progressive discipline: (1) Formal warning & content removal, (2) 14-day monetization restriction, (3) 30-day suspension, (4) Permanent platform termination.
